Jeffrey C. Bengtson is the Founder of SDH Group and also serves as the President and CEO. He is the chief architect of SDH Group. Mr. Bengtson’s financial development experience stems from working with Wall Street firms. As a licensed Registered Representative (SEC Series 7) and Investment Advisor (SEC Series 63), he assisted corporations in raising capital through IPO’s, Secondary Offerings and 506 offerings. He also assisted companies in developing/implementing strategies in taking them to the public market. Mr. Bengtson was also Co-Founder and CEO of a small publishing house in Nevada, which he sold in the late 1990’s. He was a political appointee in the George H.W. Bush Administration working at the Pentagon in the lead counter-drug office. As a 6.5 year Veteran of the US Army, Jeff worked as an Operations Officer in the counter-terrorist and counter-drug fields. Jeff is an alumni of the University of Maryland (Europe), (Political Science), has attended numerous military training and Wall Street related continuing education programs. In his capacity as President and CEO of SDH Group, Jeff will plan, coordinate and oversee all activities in SDH Group and its companies. |

Ulrich “Rick” McLachlan, Chief Financial Officer, joined the Group in August of 2006 and is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company and its subsidiaries. This includes financial planning, managing cash flow and appropriations, and record keeping. In addition, Mr. McLachlan also oversees the administrative and human resource functions of SDH Group. Prior to joining SDH Group, Mr. McLachlan was a registered representative with T Rowe Price for 6 years where he specialized in establishing business retirement and investment plans for companies of all sizes. Knowledgeable in multiple areas of financial accounting, corporate tax planning and compliance issues; Mr. McLachlan will work with the executive team members to create a current and forward looking budgets for SDH Group and its subsidiaries. Mr. McLachlan received his B.S. in International Relations from Spring Hill College where he also studied economics, finance and accounting. Within the community, Mr. McLachlan also works extensively within various volunteer projects within multiple organizations and has received the United Way Group Volunteer of the year award in 2004 and was the Lowry Park Zoological Associations Volunteer of the year for 2005.

| Mr. Bengtson, father of the Chairman and Vice President, joined the Board of Directors in 2006. He spent his entire business career in the investment business retiring in 1997 as a Corporate Vice President of Janney Montgomery Scott Inc., a member of the New York Stock Exchange. During these years he was instrumental in completing several mergers and acquisitions. He is an Alumnus of the University of Connecticut and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He spent three years in the US Army as a Lieutenant serving nine months in Korea in 1953. He also spent time volunteering with his church and the Boy Scouts receiving the Silver Beaver Award in 1978. |

| Mr. Turner founded and manages Little Falls Fly Rod Manufacturing, currently based in Bethlehem, Connecticut. Mr. Turner also is degreed in environmental
planning and has taught these issues at Towson State University, Baltimore, Maryland. |
